Default Dog refuses to eat......please help!!

I have a 9 year old Coonhound who tore her ACL at the end of August. Days after her injury, she started to have diarrhea. She was very upset and didn't understand why she was being confined. The surgery was 2 weeks later in Sept. and was a success. The diarrhea continued despite several vet visits and medication. A couple of weeks ago, she began losing weight and refusing to eat. After $4,000 of testing with an internist, she was diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Disease. She has been on several medications and Prednisone has been added for the inflammation. She continues to refuse food, although she will eat when she is at the animal hospital. As soon as I bring her home, she stops eating!! I don't know if this is more psychological or physical....it may be both. What can I do to get her to eat?? She is on a limited ingredient diet, currently Natural Balance Sweet Potato/Fish. It did seem to irritate her however, and made her diarrhea worse. She does not like any of the Science Diet/ Hills prescription foods......we have tried almost all of them!! I don't know what to do....nothing appeals to her, and she has already lost 10 lbs. I'm afraid we will lose her, as she is starving herself to death. I can't stand seeing her so thin.....can anyone help me??
