This is a long one. I had all agressive fish in a 55 for about 2.5 years. I've had a passive 30 gal one for about a year with little ones growing up. The problem I have been having is my sunshine has been aggressive especially since I put in another peacock. I put in a German Red twice his size and he had in a corner without food for weeks. I took him back and traded him out for a RedShoulder who was alittle braver but he kept attacking him. My sunshine is a real beauty and I am determined to keep him. I have one other hybrid that grew up with the sunshine whichs he dominates but lets him live. I thought peacocks were passive and did't kill each other but this must be an exception. I plan to put my sunshine and hybrid in my 55. Leave my redshoulder in the 30 along with my small bichardi, medium lalupi, medium tropeus and tiny calvus. I thought I would add a medium pair of calvus in the 55 and some large fish maybe a frontosa and a pair of bichardi. What other fish would be compatable. I don't know the passive ones as well. Are there any pretty Haps that would be well behaved in either these tanks. I thought I would keep the small fish in the 30 to grow and only large ones in the 55 because fish such as a frontosa tend to fead on little ones. Thanks |

I forgot to mention I gave away all the fish in the 55 so I am starting over with only 7.
