well I am looking to find out if they can talk? what they like to eat how to train them to talk?

They can talk but they are somewhat limited 10-35 words may be average.
The best way to train any bird to talk is not with tapes, but your own voice over and over again.

BOB,
Hi again I was wondering if you could tell me how to get her(Nyssa) to stop biting? is there something i need to do that I aint doing..when i want to take her out of the cage i open my hand and say step up but all she does is cock her little head.. then runs to the corner....

I have the same problem with my cockatiel, he bites me for no reason

Baby, I am still trying to figure out if i should spray with water and say no when she tries.. that worked with my love birds... but this bird is different

Some birds like water sprayed on them, it's a way of giving them a bath kinda, my bird likes to get a bath like that.
You could try and blow on the birds face, That will probably work, or you could flick it's beak, they dont like that.
