Hi im planing on getting a 42 gallon freshwater tank and plan to make it a community tank. I was hoping that some of you could tell me what would be good to start out with, I was hoping to get as larg of fish as possible to make the tank as pleasing as possible but I don't want to mess it up. Any suggestions?

Well yes I had thought about a bio-wheel filter but im not yet sure. When I say large fish Im really only thinking of maybe an elephant nose or an angel fish or two.

Hello, I was just wondering if you have set up your tank yet? I think Angel fish are cool. Like Bob said make sure you think about the filter,, you don't want a small filter for a large tank..
